Volodymyr Nesterovych, Board Member

Volodymyr Nesterovych – professor of the Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.O. Didorenko, member of the Coordination Council of Young Lawyers at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. In 2008 he defended his PhD dissertation «Constitutional and legal aspects of lobbying in the lawmaking process of Ukraine» (specialty 12.00.02 – constitutional law). In 2015 he defended his doctoral dissertation «Constitutional and legal basis of public influence on the adoption of legal acts: foreign and Ukrainian experience» (specialty 12.00.02 – constitutional law, municipal law).

Volodymyr Nesterovych is author of over 100 scientific publications on issues of constitution lobbying, institutional design of public influence on the adoption of legal acts, activity of non-governmental organizations, legal regulation of conflicts of interest and financing of election campaigns. The main scientific works: the monograph books «Constitutional and legal bases of the lobbying institute: international experience and prospects for Ukraine» (Luhansk, 2010); «Rule-making activity of the President of Ukraine and its software Lawmaking» (Kyiv, 2011); «Legal and cultural bases of research of state power» (Moscow, 2014); «The impact on the public adoption of legal acts: the problem of constitutional theory and practice» (Luhansk, 2014); textbooks «Collection of problems in the Constitutional Law of Ukraine» (Kyiv, 2011) and «Constitutional Law of Ukraine» (Luhansk, 2013).
